Breast enlargment

Breast enlargement is one of the most common cosmetic surgery procedures. The operation is performed for women with breast underdevelopment or when the breast has reduced in size and dropped as in pregnancy. In the latter case it may need to be combined with an uplift procedure. The enlargement and reshaping of the breast using breast implants strongly enhances self confidence and the feeling of femininity.

Mr Sabbagh only uses the new generation 'Cohesive' gel implants. The implant can be placed under the breast or under the muscle. This depends on patient's assessment at the clinic. Most often the implant is placed through a small incision in the crease under the breast. When this has fully healed it will be almost invisible. During the consultation Mr Sabbagh will perform exact measurements of the breast and will provide various test implants to tailor the appropriate implant for the patient.
